The Angry Biker is a blog to review bikes, kit and accessories mainly supplied by High Peak Cycles of Glossop.
Jamie (Chief bike pimp and Zwifter at High Peak Cycles) came up with ‘The Angry Biker’ name. Something to do with Snowboards. He can go off on a tangent, so you would need to pop in the shop and ask him to explain.
Living in Glossop in the lovely Peak District the Angry Biker (better known as Kingy) enjoys road biking, mountainbiking and the odd fell run. As you would living around here. It’s rude not to really.
After an association with High Peak Cycles stretching back over fifteen years including a name change along the way (KG Bikes anyone?), Kingy has been persuaded – with the promise of shiny bike bits to drool over – to put his views on bikes and equipment into a blog. So, The Angry Biker Blog was born.
Where possible any equipment reviewed is used on both roadbike and mountainbike to cover both disciplines. Kingy commutes in all weathers and rides socially, so bikes and equipment get well tested. The intention is to give a simple, honest review of whatever is being tested. As the tag line says …Its the truth, so deal with it.
Use the menu on the left to access the reviews. As a taster some of the equipment and kit to be reviewed are listed as follows. Click on the underlined links above the pictures to go straight to the product reviews …
